Injection molding activities

Injection molding is one of the molding methods for processing plastic materials. It works injecting with great pressure the material previously heated in a cold mold; in the heating phase the product reaches the right degree of fluidity necessary to be injected into the mold through a piston. This type of molding process is particularly suitable for thermoplastic materials because it allows an high production speed and an excellent aesthetic. Injection molding is one of the methods most used by the Ansa Compositi Group because of the multiplicity of forms that can be produced and the production of large quantities of pieces.
