The legal basis of the processing is the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, of the GDPR), for the purposes indicated above. Your personal data will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.
RECIPIENTS
Your data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred to Member States of the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union.
RETENTION PERIOD
The recorded images are stored for 72 hours, except for special needs for further storage in relation to holidays or closure of offices or businesses, as well as in the case in which it is necessary to comply with a specific investigative request from the judicial authority or the police. After these terms, the images are automatically deleted

The provision of data is mandatory and is strictly instrumental to access to the premises. In case of failure to provide data, it is not possible to access the company premises.
YOUR RIGHTS
As an interested party in the processing, you can contact the Data Controller (whose contact details are given at the beginning of this information notice) to exercise the rights of access and cancellation provided for by article 15 of the GDPR 2016/679.
