The future of plastic mold making
It is precisely the people who have transformed the artisan plastics mold-making company to an industry leader.
In its early years, it devoted itself to the construction of plastic material molds through the use of traditional machines.
The desire to evolve and constant attention to technological development push the ‘company in the direction of renewal, moving to modern machinery, CAD/CAM systems.
Next, the foundations are laid for new international partnerships. Collaborations with German and Chinese companies enabled the sharing of know-how and experience to ensure quality, cost savings and advanced technological solutions for clients.
From artisan company to industry 4.0
Year after year, the fleet of machines expands more and more, so that today the company is capable of compression molding with presses up to 1500t.
Targeted investments have enabled the full development of as many as four operational sites: two in Italy and two in Bulgaria.

Good plastic mold design and construction also comes from efficiency in equipment and technical personnel.
Each person in each department works carefully for the successful outcome of each stage: from design to delivery. Over time, various measures have been tested and approved to increase the hours of work in the workshop, equipping the machines with adequate tool changes and attention to functionality. This has generated the combination of high quality and fast turnaround time, which today distinguishes the Group’s activities.

Ansa Composites’ production process consists of steps that involve active and constant involvement of the customer, so as to support them and be able to act quickly in anticipating and resolving any critical issues.
